• Payment of the deposit: by bank transfer or check
• Payment of the balance of your stay: by bank transfer (20 days before your stay), check, holiday vouchers, in cash
• Bank charges for bank transfers are the responsibility of the tenant
• Your data is kept for management purposes, but is not passed on to any third party

On confirmation of your stay, a deposit of 35% to 50% will be required. In reception of this initial fee, we will send you a contract with our rental terms and conditions on the back page that you will kindly return to us signed with the words "Read and approved". The reservation will take effect upon receipt of the deposit. This one will be kept in case of withdrawal.
